Ingredients
1 cup sourdough discard
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, chopped dates)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine sourdough discard, rolled oats, honey, peanut butter, chopped nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
